Ivana Milosevic, born in 1972 in Belgrade, Serbia, holds a master's degree in Architecture from Belgrade University. With over two decades of experience, she is a well-established architect in the Municipality of Trstenik, specializing in urban design and city planning. As a deputy Mayor of Trstenik, she is credited with transforming the city into a modern and contemporary living environment. In 2010, Milosevic discovered a passion for painting, which has since become a second career for her. Drawing on her architectural background and interest in urban planning, her paintings feature loose cityscapes with a focus on structure and perspective. By using palette knives and brushes to carve the buildings' structures through layers of paint, she creates depth and texture, bringing the city to life on the canvas. Milosevic also adds small shadows of human figures in her work, imbuing it with a sense of familiarity and bustling life.
