Elisabeth Grace, a visionary artist based in Denver, CO (USA), is renowned for her immersive large-scale paintings, collages, murals, and installation art. With a BA in oil painting from CU Boulder, earned in 2014, Grace has developed a unique style deeply inspired by her lifelong fascination with nature. Her art is a heartfelt attempt to evoke the same sense of awe she experiences when observing the natural world.

This abstract landscape 14-inch high by 11-inch wide mixed-media artwork is created with acrylic, oil pastel, and pencil on paper. This artwork is not framed. The artist signed it on the front and back and it comes with a certificate of authenticity from the art gallery. Convenient delivery is available for those in the local Los Angeles area, and affordable worldwide shipping is available for US and international art collectors.

Grace's creative process begins with immersing herself in nature, where she captures photographs and emotional insights that she later translates into her artwork. This process results in pieces that connect viewers to the perfection and beauty of the natural world. As she puts it, "I can’t walk by a perfect flower or succulent without stopping in awe to appreciate its natural beauty. I find myself most moved and surprised by nature, and I hope to bring these same emotions to the surface for the viewer in my work."

A significant part of Grace's artistic identity is shaped by her journey of sobriety, which has led to more authentic, purpose-driven work. "The process of getting sober and choosing a life of recovery shaped my identity and processes as an artist," she explains. "I now see, think, and feel much more clearly, which I believe ultimately helps me to create more authentic work. Recovery is largely based on shedding things to get to the truth of who we are. Through that process, I’ve been able to understand what is important to me in life, and how to communicate that through my work."

Grace's art is not just about avoiding the negatives but embracing the positives, striving to feel whole and fulfilled. Her priorities have shifted to creating purpose-driven art, connecting with something greater than herself through nature, and engaging with her community by sharing her work. The themes of transformation and personal growth have enriched her work, giving it a profound sense of purpose and a deeper connection to her audience.
