Genaro Prendel


Brazilian and Spanish artist Genaro Prendel was born in a small town in southern Brazil. After living 4 years in Recife, Brazil, Romero Britto's hometown, he fell in love with Britto's art. In his early adulthood Prendel moved to the beautiful city of Madrid, Spain, where he found additional inspiration in great Spanish painters like Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso.

His primary media is acrylic paint on canvas, but he loves mixing it with other materials such as glitter, markers, oleo, and other media. Pop Art, Neo-pop and Cubism artist Genaro Prendel now lives in Los Angeles where he creates his original paintings with cheerful and bright colors on canvas. His works have been exhibited in Brazil, Spain and USA.
